Marieke (Fall Foliage), 2011, c-print, 72 x 48 inches

Running from Thursday, October 13th to Sunday, October 16th over in London, Frieze 2011 is primed to kick back into action next week in Regent’s Park. Traditionally one of stronger perennial fairs, which will also see a New York version for the first time in May of next year, Team Gallery has become one of the compelling staples at the UK event. Much like last year, the New York gallery will be bringing some brand new work from their New York-based photographer Ryan McGinley. In what is quite easily one of his strongest works in quite some time, Marieke (Fall Foliage) will anchor the exhibition with its striking scale, mesmerizing composition, and unique color contrasting. A handful of additional new works from McGinley will also on hand.

The provocative work from Banks Violette will be in house again, along with work from Cory Arcangel, Slater Bradley, Gardar Eide Einarsson, Massimo Grimaldi, Marc Hundley, Dawn Mellor, David Ratcliff, and Davis Rhodes.

Check out the remaining McGinley work, along with previews of the other artists, after the jump.
