A couple weeks ago, the Richard Heller Gallery in Santa Monica hosted the opening for Corey Arnold’s Wolf Tide. The vibrant new work by the Portland-based photographer are a series of shots taken during his experience working as a commercial fisherman in Alaska. His travels have taken him to the Bering Sea, Europe, South Africa, the Atlantic, and the Arctic. and his subjects include humans, eagles, gulls, deer, vast seascapes and surreal landscapes.
