Last week, AM attended the much anticipated opening for Kris Kuksi’s latest body of work entitled Triumph. The solo exhibition held at New York’s Joshua Liner Gallery was his most impressive yet. Focusing on going big, Kris brought the heavy artillery as several mammoth works became the centerpieces of the night. Working on a scale that we were not accustomed to seeing, Mr. Kuski did two things that usually don’t go hand in hand – he increased the size while maintaining his meticulous standard and detailing for his works. We also caught Kris exercising his painterly talents for a special piece in this showing. To top off the show, Kris also created a lifesize replica of his Church Tank.

Check out all the insanity after the jump.
