Along with a show coming up in London, French “photograffeur” JR (interviewed) also will be opening a solo museum exhibition soon at the Contemporary Arts Center in Cincinnati. The show officially opens on September 21 (more details on the schedule and associated activities here) and will feature wheatpasted images, photography, video projections, sculpture, as well as the famous mobile phone booth which has been spreading the street artist’s Inside Out love.

Of course, JR is already in town doing some prep work including a mural at the historic Arnold’s utilizing old photo of their waitresses from the past. Take a look at the completed piece and more process photos below…
