Over the weekend, Tim Biskup (featured) opened a solo show at the Martha Otero Gallery in Los Angeles entitled Charge. The new body of work showed the locally based artist’s versatility with works of all sizes including one of his largest paintings to date as well as an interactive piece that first was seen at the FYF Fest where fans were encouraged to pose in cutout holes and then upload the photos to Instagram under the tag #headinthehole. The imagery seen featured a mix of his abstract work as well as some of his more recognizable monster characters, all rendered in his signature polygonal style and vibrant colors.
