The newest VICE magazine features the artwork of David Choe (featured) gracing its cover on what they refer to as their The Horse Is a Horse of Course of Course issue. If you remember, VICE was for whom Choe’s Thumbs Up! series was filmed for where the street and graffiti artist was seen hitchiking his way across North America and China.
