While walking through the Aqua Art Fair (covered) during Basel Week Miami, we were delighted to come across the work of Tom Fruin at the Paul Loya Gallery booth. Although we were familiar with his amazing stain glass installation pieces (see 2014, 2012), we were not aware of the versatility of the Brooklyn-based artist. On display were metal works fashioned into cop cars and grids as well as a quilt made from found drug bags. Take a look at more photos below…
