This weekend, Berlin based artist Clemens Behr opens his first US solo exhibition at Mirus Gallery.

Variety of (N)one will feature Behr’s trademark installation-based artworks following a month’s residency with the San Francisco space and will extensively feature materials gathered by the artist from the recent remodelling of the building which houses the gallery. Behr is widely known for his use of repurposed and found construction materials within his work, so we expect good things from this timely and site specific endeavour.

The exhibition will showcase a variety of large-scale installations, sculpture, assemblage, collage and new paintings.

Check out these pictures of the artist installing the work via photographer Brock Brake, and if you are in the Bay Area check the show for yourself at the opening evening this Saturday May 16th. The exhibition runs until June 13th.
