Taking part in the ongoing Maus Malaga 2015, street art legend Kenny Scharf just spent a few days on the Mediterranean, getting up some of his signature work.

Working on the east side of the river Guadalmedina, the LA-based artist added his work to a local wall of fame, along with Ben Eine, Felipe Pantone, Javi Calleja, under the massive murals by D*Face and Shepard Fairey. Scharf chose to incorporate his instantly recognizable characters into existing tags and graffiti, showing the respect for the local youngsters as well as the strength and flexibility of his work. Avoiding the heat, the artist worked late hours, leaving a recognizable mark in the city and adding his work onto a Maus project map.
