The 15th anniversary NuArt Festival in Stavanger, Norway, concluded early this month and by all accounts was a huge success. The festival’s organizers reported record-breaking attendance for the main Nuart exhibition at Tou Scene (covered), as well as an overwhelmingly positive response to Nuart Plus—the festival’s symposium of talks by artists, academics and others on subjects pertaining to street art.
