Travis Louie Book Signing @ Gallery 1988 LA

AM stopped by Gallery 1988 in LA a couple days ago to attend the Travis Louie’s (interviewed) book signing. His book “Curiosities,” released by Baby Tattoo Books & Galley 1988, chronicles his paintings from the last several years and of course, the stories that go along with it. Preview: “A Mirror Distorted” @ Carmichael Gallery

Carmichael Gallery is showcasing some ladies with a unique view on things in their latest show. “A Mirror Distorted” features Andrea Michaelsson (one half of Btoy), Cherri Wood, Pam Glew, and the dazzling details of our favorite South African transplant Candice Tripp (interviewed). Teaser: Lori Earley – “Laments and Lullabies” @ Opera Gallery (London)

Looks like Lori Earley is gearing up for a show in London at the Opera Gallery.  Two years in the making, the show entitled “Laments and Lullabies,” will opening on October 16th.
