Lithuanian artist Ernest Zacharevic just announced he will be releasing his self-produced limited edition Splash and Burn on the 20th of January at 3pm GMT via ErnestZacharevic.com. Exclusively focused on five series of hand pulled silk-screen prints, Sediment will include new works that for first time in years include colors. The first phase of the Dubai Street Museum project was recently completed with the participation of 12 international and local artists, producing 16 murals on themes drawn from the UAE’s history and heritage. All Season Portfolio, a new solo show from Patrick Martinez, is set to open on January 14th at Charlie James Gallery in Los Angeles. Tomorrow, January 13th, Tom Sachs will stream live the final performance of his longstanding space program project (see NY 2012) on Instagram and Facebook. The six hour demonstration featuring the American artist’s signature DIY assemblages that astoundingly mimic objects and equipment from the exploration of space can be seen in realtime from 5pm to 12am (PST).
