Back home from New York where he attended the opening of his latest solo show (covered), Jeff Soto (interviewed) has found time to work on his next Seeker Friends release (now available here until noon today – PST). Continuing their line of desirable prints, 1xRun has announced their next release – Ryan McCann’s Death To Koons image. The provocative portrayal of the contemporary art giant being dunked into one of his famous basketball tanks comes from McCann’s “Death To…” series (you may remember a previous painting poking fun at Banksy). The 20 x 16″ limited edition comes in a max run of 100, will be available for the next six days, costs $75, and can be purchased here for those interested.

Fans of the New York-based Todd James will be able to greet their hometown hero 6-8 pm on Thursday night (September 20th) at The Standard in New York where he will be releasing his new book – Yield to Temptation. The NYC legend, otherwise known as REAS, will have original candy sculptures on view as well as will be available to sign the new publication, which includes images of 60 of his drawings featuring his cartoon-like graffiti style, all created exclusively for the volume. Just a little update for the Bäst fans out there. The NY-based street artist has teamed up with Greek olive oil brand Eléia to create a special edition bottle available for purchase exclusively at Dean & Deluca. This screen-printed bottle was only produced in an edition of 500, and features Bäst’s signature style using iconic imagery. Releases: Tiffany Bozic – “Drawn By Instinct” Monograph

It’s been a while (2010) since we met up with gifted painter Tiffany Bozic, but now comes news that a book she has been working on is finally ready. Drawn By Instinct, produced by Gingko Press, includes over 150 color illustrations in its 192 pages featuring her beautiful renderings of the natural world. The Campbell’s Soup company will be releasing some limited edition (albeit 1.2 million of them) cans inspired by Andy Warhol’s imagery to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Warhol’s iconic 32 Campbell’s Soup Cans. Approved by the Andy Warhol Foundation, these new cans will be available starting Sunday at your local Target stores at 75 cents each. *edit* It appears some Targets have released them early *edit* Photo via AP / WOKV. For Tim Biskup (featured) fans out there, he recently released a new print entitled Doom Loop #19 on his webstore. The image featuring his distinctive refractive style is taken from a painting for his upcoming solo show in Milan at Antonio Colombo Arte Contemporanea opening on September 20th. Published in assosiation with Art & Council, the print comes in a signed & numbered edition of 20, is sized at 40 x 30″ and costs $500.
