Nick Walker (interviewed) will have a new print entitled The Last Ride on sale on Monday, the 12th October, at 3.30pm DST UK time. The print was inspired by a portrait by Butterfly featuring the UK artist in his signature vandal outfit riding a carousel horse next to the Eiffel Tower during a visit to the French capital. James Marshall aka Dalek (interviewed) recently released a 38 color handpulled silkscreen through Dynamo Editions. Untitled 101 comes with a paper size of 26 inches by 26 inches and an image size of 24 1/2 inches x 24 1/2 inches and was produced in an edition size of 50. FinBec winery in Sion, Switzerland, is continuing their annual MyFinBec art project with a completely new concept. This year, they are commissioning artists to paint canvases for their limited edition organic wines, as well as number of sketches on wood panels, and they just announced their first artist for this year is Bezt from Etam Cru, who also collaborated with the winery last year (covered). Three years since her last official print release, Katrin Fridriks last week released her latest edition Royal Gene&Ethics with Lazarides Editions. Being a perfectionist on all levels of her production, this print was over a year in the making and the final result looks truly impressive. Luke Chueh’s (interviewed) contribution through 1xRUN is entitled Graffiti, a tongue-in-cheek image based on a painting from 2008 entitled Graffiti (I Don’t Do…). On Thursday, September 24th, Jen Stark will be releasing a new good-sized print entitled Drip Cascade.
