If you missed it last year, tomorrow (October 30) around noon (Eastern Standard Time), Faile will be releasing some more new book covers with imagery from their recent show Les Ballets de Faile (Part I, Part II) at the New York City Ballet in New York. Priced at $1,250, each one will be unique with silk screened images overtop collaged paper as well as float mounted in a white frame. Brazilian street artist Titi Freak recently announced the release of a new print entitled Atmosphera featuring a floating figure with a spray can. Two of street art’s finest have come together for a special collaboration for the cover of New York’s The Village Voice. Nick Walker (interviewed) recently teamed up with English tableware and collectables producer Royal Doulton to produce a series of limited edition plates & mugs. The plates measure at 10.75”, and features iconic images from the street artist entitled New York, Love Vandal, Vandal Airways, as well as a collage.
