This Friday night (November 16th) in Hong Kong, the Above Second Gallery will be opening their LAX / HKG group exhibition (curated by Thinkspace). Featuring a strong lineup of Amy Sol (above), Audrey Kawasaki, Brian M. Viveros, Dabs Myla, Esao Andrews, Joao Ruas, Linnea Strid, and Yosuke Ueno, the showing will sure to be well received by local fans. It looks like James Jean (featured) is back in Hong Kong where he will be launching his OVM line of jewellery and accessories in store at BLITZ Lane Crawford. Tomorrow at noon (Octeber 22nd Eastern time), KAWS will be releasing something for his fans out there to celebrate Halloween. Reprising his collaboration with the popular Snoopy (see 2011), the ceramic jar will be available for approximately $132 on Kawsone. Also, for all those KAWS heads out there, remember the street turned contemporary artist will be participating in another holiday next month in this year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade with a 40-foot-long balloon of his companion character.
