Every year, Thinkspace puts on a group show featuring numerous newer artists they’ve had their eye on over the past year and adds in some artists from their regular rotation and titles it Picks of the Harvest. Openings: Adam Caldwell & Jonathan Darby – “Intersection” @ White Walls SF

A couple weeks ago, White Walls in San Francisco hosted a dual show from native son Adam Caldwell and UK artist Jonathan Darby. Entitled Intersection, the premise of the show was a meeting of cultures – American by Caldwell and Brazilian by Darby with his favela installation. Openings: “There It Is” @ Thinkspace Gallery

Last weekend, the “There It Is” group exhibition opened at the Thinkspace Gallery featuring Seth Armstrong, Brett Amory (interviewed), and Adam Caldwell. This Saturday night, August 7th, Thinkspace Gallery will be hosting “Love Conquers All”, a group show supporting the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender) struggle with 20% of the proceeds donated to Equality California. The largely USA based new contemporary art movement continues it’s assault on the UK next week with “The Next Generation” opening Friday June 11th at London Miles Gallery.
