With the opening festivities (September 21-22) of the Fame Festival fast approaching, it looks like at least half of the artists (more here) for this year’s event have already made their mark in the small town in Italy. Grottaglie now has another additional mural from festival regular Ericailcane has he painted this new wall entitled gipsy disagio in his usual illustrative style. Fame Fest ’12: Interesni Kazki

Artistic duos in the street art scene don’t often work on their own, but Interesni Kazki has done so on multiple occasions. This is exactly what happened for this year’s Fame Festival, as AEC left his brother and headed over to Grottaglie to get up on his own. Despite some setbacks, the little town in Italy now has some mural love from the Ukraine. Discuss Fame Festival here. Discuss Interesni Kazki here.

Bringing back the 2008 & 2009 alumn was a great choice as the Irish painter’s colonial style rendering fits perfectly in the winding streets of the Italian town. Aside from the first two murals we shared with you, here are several more, including a huge one based on the imagery from his London solo (covered) earlier this year. Discuss Fame Festival […]
