Releases: KAWS x Uniqlo x Sesame Street (Part II)

Following up on his previous collaboration (covered) with Uniqlo x Sesame Street, KAWS will be releasing a more extensive collection featuring the iconic cast of characters from the popular children’s show on November 19th. With the help of tastemaker Swizz Beatz, Bally recently launched a new capsule collection with artwork from Shok-1. Known for his unique x-ray aerosol technique, the British artist recently traveled to Japan and Hong Kong (seen above) to promote the release of a selection of sweatshirts, joggers, totes, fanny packs, sneakers, and hats for both men and women. Over the last week or so, Parra started to reveal some new collaborations with Nike including his take on the Zoom Spiridon, & Air Max 1 (including a Friends and Family edition with the lateral swoosh removed and a matching tracksuit). Tripling down on his collaboration with Uniqlo, KAWS will be releasing a new collection that re-imagines the world of Sesame Street. The new selection of adult and kids t-shirts from the Brooklyn-based artist is a follow-up to his Peanuts (covered) & Companion (covered) projects with the Japanese casual wear designer, manufacturer and retailer. Releases: KAWS x Air Jordan 4 Shoes (Black)

It now sounds like the black version (see gray version) of the KAWS x Air Jordan 4 collaboration will be released on Cyber Monday. Constructed in a black suede upper, the sneakers features the Brooklyn-based artist’s signature “XX” on the heel and hang tag, a Jumpman x KAWS logo on the insole, and a glow-in-the-dark outsole. On November 7th, Dan Witz will be releasing a print that celebrates his AW 2017 collaboration with Dior Homme. The imagery for the edition is taken from his signature “mosh pit” mixed media paintings, which was also used for the the fashion house’s outerwear line for Winter 2017. Spanish artist Okuda recently collaborated with Flamingo to design a pair of sunglasses featuring his distinctive aesthetic. The shaded spectacles (available here for 95.00€) feature the prolific street artist’s signature colors & patterns on the frames.
