Greg “Craola” Simkins – “Stormy Knight” Skateboard

This seems to be an appropriate time to remind people of the collaboration between Greg “Craola” Simkins (featured) and 500 Skateboards seeing as tonight is when the Force Awakens. The full specs can be found here, but each cruiser collab, which the Los Angeles-based artist entitled Stormy Knight, comes with a COA and is produced in an edition of 500. Hayao Miyazaki Un-retires

Fans around the world were delighted to hear last month that Studio Ghibli founder Hayao Miyazaki will be working on a ten minute short that will screen exclusively at the Studio Ghibli museum in Japan. Showing: Daniel Arsham – “Future Relic 3” @ Cannes Film Festival

American artist Daniel Arsham is presenting the third installment of his Future Relics series at the 68th Film Festival in Cannes. The short film features actress Juliette Lewis. In parallel to the screening, an exhibition entitled Future Relic 3 on display at the Club Albane at the Marriott, presenting relic items from the film industry era including film camera, microphones to videotapes all recreated in Arsham’s signature technique. With the 2015 MTV Movie Awards set to go live on April 12th, the television channel has revealed the new logo designed by Dabs Myla. Legendary street artist Space Invader is back in Tokyo where he is preparing for the Japanese premiere of his ART4SPACE movie (covered), in collaboration with Target Gallery. Kickstarter: A Secretly Filmed Sci-Fi Starring Ai Weiwei

An interesting project surfaced a couple days ago when it was announced that there was a secret short film starring Ai Weiwei in his acting debut.
