After a couple of quiet months, Inti recently painted a new large piece in Marseille. La Madre Secular (The Secular Mother) was painted at the crowded Marche aux Puces commercial center in collaboration with the Galerie Saint Laurent as a part of their Street Art show. Once again, the Wynwood Arts District became the capital of the street art world during Basel Week Miami. Recently in Sao Paulo, Chilean artist INTI combined his talents with Alexis Diaz, who hails from Puerto Rico, to create a new mural. Painted for the O.bra Festival, the wall highlights INTI’s characteristic palette as well as Diaz’s attention to detail to form a pretty interesting collaboration. After highlighting the mural from DALeast (interviewed) for No Limit Borås in Sweden, we now have a recap of the other works created by the invited artists ranging from painted walls to sculpture to 3D sidewalk art. The city of Borås witnessed Tristan Eaton, Logan Hicks, Pichi&Avo, Joe Iurato, Dulk, INTI, Laurence Vallières, Curiot, Robert Proch (seen above), and David Zinn getting their art on and we have photos of the results below.

The Dutch city of Heerlen in the southernmost province of Limburg recently rounded up their 2nd edition of Heerlen Murals Project. The idea of this ongoing project is to bring life and fresh energy to the streets and the daily life of the city. The time had come for another Streets World Roundup here on AM. Leading things off is a complex new work of art from Felice Varini in Hasselt, Belgium for the “De Unie Hasselt-Genk” exhibition. The spiral-like piece which plays with perspective was painted on the roofs and facades of 99 buildings and can only be properly seen from one vantage point. Take a look at more here.
