On the back of his Space//Form group exhibition last year (covered), Arrested Motion’s Sven Davis is working with Breeze Block Gallery in Portland again on another huge group event entitled Wider than a postcard. Over the weekend at the Art13 art fair in London, the Circle Culture Gallery featured some paintings from Katrin Fridriks at their booth in the Olympia Grand Hall. Iceland born artist Katrin Fridriks will have a solo show during Art13 art fair in London from the 1st until 3rd of March 2013. Circle Culture Gallery will be showing her newest body of work at booth H4 of Olympia Grand Hall, London. Fridriks is currently living and working between Luxembourg and Paris, and for this solo show she prepared different kinds of works that she will be exposing. Currently showing in Berlin is Ephemeral, a group exhibition (curated by Johann Haehling von Lanzenauer) held at a temporary space by Circleculture in collaboration with Pret A Diner in Berlin (you may remember their work with Lazarides in 2011). As the opening of the Space//Form group exhibition draws ever nearer, and following on from our studio view, AM brings you a glimpse of some of the work in this huge show. Following our recently curated group exhibitions in Hong Kong; East West Connect and Los Angeles; City of Fire, AM’s UK correspondent Sven Davis has branched out with his own curatorial endeavour Space//Form. The group exhibition brings together over 100 young contemporary artists, and opens 6th September at Portland’s Breeze Block Gallery.
