Another talented group of artists will be participating in a group show next month entitled “Visionary Art”. The exhibition, held in Italy’s Mondo Bizarro Gallery will include Greg “Craola” Simkins (featured), Laurie Lipton, Dan Quintana, Naoto Hattori and Mike Davis. Preview: Laurie Lipton @ Novas Contemporary Urban Centre

One of the most detailed and imaginative artists when it comes to “drawing” with pencil and charcoal, Laurie Lipton is about to open a show today in Liverpool at the Novas Contemporary Urban Centre. Entitled “Homotoptia,” the show is named after Liverpool’s annual celebration of Queer Culture. We are looking forward to this new body of work as Lipton’s work has a interesting new industrial look to it. More after the jump.
