The SWIM team will be opening on May 12th their most ambitious exhibition to date at The Luggage Store in San Francisco. Lil SWIM will be the continuation of their efforts to bring artists and other creative people together to connect, collaborate and showcase their work. ArtPadSF ’12 – “Highlights”

ArtPadSF hosted its second annual boutique art fair over the weekend, which coincides with ArtMrkt and SFFAF. Unlike your traditional art fair with booths, this one takes over the Phoenix Hotel in the heart of the Tenderloin District in San Francisco with each gallery taking up their own room in the hotel, which gives a more laid-back pop-up gallery vibe. Last weekend, the non-profit Luggage Store Gallery held a benefit auction to support their efforts in programming future exhibitions, Tenderloin National Forest, public art programs, artist in residency as well as the Short Cuts and The Creative Music Series.
