Streets: Mark Jenkins (Munich)

Continuing their mission of supporting socio-political art in urban spaces, Positive-Propaganda has arranged for another public work in Munich. The eye-catching piece from Mark Jenkins (interviewed) features one of his signature tape sculpture mannequins playing a giant game of tic-tac-toe on the facade of the Social Welfare Office in the German city’s Westend. American street artist Mark Jenkins (interviewed) recently visited Cologne in Germany where he created some new work for CityLeaks Festival at Ruttkowski;68 Gallery atelier. Streets: Walk & Talk Festival (Part III) – Mark Jenkins and Sandra Fernandez

After sharing with you works from Vhils and Liqen for this year’s Walk & Talk Festival, we turn our attention to the contributions of Mark Jenkins (interviewed) and Sandra Fernandez. The two artists decided to create some whimsical tape sculptures “riding” down to the ocean for the annual event held on the Archipelago of the Azores in Portugal.
