After providing you with a sneak peak setup look at Jacob Hashimoto’s MOCA Pacific Design Center installation, we are happy to be able to share images of the finished Gas Giant exhibition. The massive work seemingly alters the cube-like interior space of the PDC venue into a immersive, sublime, and otherworldly experience. Jacob Hashimoto’s Gas Giant will be on view at MOCA Pacific Design Center from March 1 to June 8, but we were able to visit (courtesy of Martha Otero) the artist and his crew as they were on day 6 of putting up the massive 2-floor installation. The entire piece will take about one month to set up and will be Hashimoto’s first solo museum exhibition in California. One of the long-time satellite fairs we always check out during Art Basel Week in Miami is Pulse. Opening this Saturday (April 13th) in West Hollywood is Gregory Euclide’s first solo exhibition with his West Coast gallery Martha Otero.
