After a successful inaugural exhibition (covered), beinArt will be presenting a joint show starting April 30th featuring Chris Mars, Naoto Hattori, and Matt Dangler (interviewed). Entitled 3, the exhibition will include the dark narratives of Mars with work influenced by his experiences with his brother’s mental illness, Hattori’s psychedelic creations, and Dangler’s surreal creatures. On July 18th, Naoto Hattori will be opening a new show at Copro Gallery in Los Angeles, the site of many previous exhibitions from the Japanese artist in the past. For this particular showing, the gifted painter has narrowed his focus to a series of surreal portraits rendered meticulously with amazing detail.
