Like in recent years (2015, 2016), KAWS has planned a limited edition release through Pace Prints tomorrow (December 6th at 11 am EST) for Basel Week Miami. The portfolio of nine tondo prints (run of 100), entitled THE NEWS, featuring the Brooklyn-based artist’s pop culture infused abstractions, have a tiered pricing system with the cost going up as the edition sells out. Jeff Soto (interviewed) currently has a timed edition available with Prints On Wood through December 3rd. Entitled Nightgarden, the image for the wood print was taken from his 2015 Los Angeles exhibit of the same name (covered). Measuring 36″ x 10.5″, each one will come signed & numbered and cost $175. On the 2nd of December, Ernest Zacharevic will be releasing his latest self-produced fine art edition, No Fly Zone, a hand finished 21 layer silkscreen print. The image is based on an original canvas that will be available via Sotheby’s first ever dedicated street art auction in Hong Kong, and will also feature works from José Parla, Vhils, and Invader to name a few. Painter Scott Listfield has released a series of prints based on five of his paintings that were recently shown at Rotofugi Gallery in Chicago. The body of work on display was created with the venue in mind as the space is also associated with a specialty toy store – which brings us back to these five prints. Release: Crash, Bio & Nick Walker – “Sea Of Love” Print

Following The Collaborations show(covered), New York graffiti legends Crash (featured), Bio (Tats Cru) have teamed up with British Vandal Nick Walker (interviewed) for a new print release called Sea of Love to be released on November 14th on here for $400. Releases: James Jean – “Max Pipe” Print

James Jean (interviewed) will be releasing another signed and numbered time-limited print on November 14th, starting at 8 AM PST and ending after 24 hours. Entitled Max Pipe, the image is inspired by the painting Attirement of the Bride (La Toilette de la mariée) by Max Ernst. The enhancements (foil stamping, holographic foil, embossments) and dies required for this edition makes it one of Jean’s most complex offerings to date. On November 7th, Dan Witz will be releasing a print that celebrates his AW 2017 collaboration with Dior Homme. The imagery for the edition is taken from his signature “mosh pit” mixed media paintings, which was also used for the the fashion house’s outerwear line for Winter 2017. Available thru October 31st, Skull 03 is a new print from Von (interviewed) that sees him utilizing some new drawing techniques that he’s been developing over the past few months. On October 23rd, Jeremy Geddes (interviewed) will be releasing a new print entitled Imperator. Featuring one of the Australian artist’s signature floating astronauts, this time hovering over a statue (something Geddes said might be the hardest object he’s had to paint), the timed edition will be available for 24 hours only starting at 9 AM Melbourne time.
