French artist Bom.K, member of the infamous DMV crew, recently finished working on his first edition of Aérotik sculptures. These collectible figures are entirely handmade by the artist himself, from its conception, creation to packaging. These characters have been present in BomK’s work for years, as a result of the spray paint fumes, representing an alchemy between the curves of the female body and the cold technicality of the aerosol. Later tomorrow, February 12th, Aron Wiesenfeld will be releasing a new print from Pressure Painting. Created in an edition of 45, Vigil is a diptych (16 x 22″) produced from original charcoal drawings from the San Diego-based artist and will be available at 9:00 AM MST for $350. VNA Magazine just announced the release info about their newest issue #29. With Cleon Petersen as their cover artist, they picked his hometown of LA to celebrate the launch.
