After several months of traveling and creating murals, ROA opened a new solo with Dorothy Circus Gallery on October 31st, introducing some fresh indoor works. Titled Suovetaurilia, the show is dedicated to Rome and its audience, as it refers to the ancient ritual animal sacrifice of a pig (sus), a sheep (ovis) and a bull (tauris) common at one time in the area. On Thursday, the 30th of October, Sainer and Bezt, teamed up as Etam Cru, opened their first Italian show at Varsi Gallery in Rome. The young artistic duo that has been getting a lot of attention with their large scale murals worldwide but also with their fine art works, introduced a new body of work titled Bedtime Stories. Sainer and Bezt, better known as Etam Cru, are opening their first Italian solo show at Galleria Varsi in Rome, tonight, the 30th of October. Titled Bedtime Stories, this show is curated by Marta Gargiulo, and will present new canvases by the young Polish artists as well as several new drawings. Streets / Upcoming: Sam3 – “Monumental” @ Wunderkammern (Rome)

On October 4th, Wunderkammern will be opening a solo from Spanish silhouette master Sam3 entitled Monumental. The exhibition will mark the beginning of the gallery’s new art project entitled Limitless which will see four other international street artists take turns presenting new bodies of work and public art in Rome. First up is this sweet new wall painted with Sam3’s shadow technique as well as upcoming indoor works featuring ceramics, paper, and canvas works. Spanish artist Liqen, was recently in San Basillio in Rome, Italy, contributing to the ongoing Sanba festival by creating two impressive murals in town. Known for his detailed illustrative technique, and meaningful images, the first wall he painted has a very strong social message. Wunderkammern Gallery in Rome is launching their international project Public and Confidential on Sept 28th with the opening of a solo show by Brooklyn based artist, Dan Witz.
