It looks like another company has tapped the art world for a collaborative line of products with the announcement of new joint venture from Coach and Craig Costello. Newly formed art collective devNgosha recently stopped by the offices of theAudience and painted a new mural entitled Connected. Situated in the same building that houses work from JR (covered) and Kozyndan (covered), this new multi-wall project combines the talents of Devin Liston and Gosha Levochkin. Streets: Roa & Ever (Buenos Aires)

The anatomical dissections of local animals and Chinese propaganda, two types of imagery that you wouldn’t think would work as a collaboration. However, that is exactly what happened when ROA and Ever joined forces in Argentina for a joint mural entitled The people feed communism to the beast. This piece, painted over the Christmas holiday, was placed on a squatted building in Palermo Viejo in Buenos Aires and features Mao head offered up to an elephant seal. Photo credit: Graffitimundo. Streets: Escif – “The Flowers Of Evil” Series

Prolific artist Escif recently started a series of murals entitled Les Fleurs Du Mal, or The Flowers of Evil painted in different cities in Europe like Besançon (France), Zagreb (Croatia), Navarra & Albacete (Spain), Niort (France), and his home city of Valencia (Spain). The different species of flowers (like hemlock, nightshade, wolfsbane, and more), all beautiful in their own right, all have deadly effects when combined with human biology. It’s been a while since we caught up with Brian Adam Douglas, a.k.a. Elbow-Toe (interviewed) – the last time probably being in 2011 when we watcheuphill work on the streets as well as open a solo at Black Rat Projects (covered). The Brooklyn-based artist recently surfaced to paste up this new piece entitled Tastes Like Chicken in his borough. Continuing to produce public displays of his geometric mastery, James Marshall aka Dalek (interviewed) recently painted another mural at the Hobie Surf Shop in Corona Del Mar. Orange County is kind of ground zero for fans of the American artist’s work because of his affiliation with Hurley – leading to many shows, product lines, and associated events in and around Hurley Space. Openings: José Parlá – “Diary of Brooklyn” @ Barclays Center

Just short of two weeks ago, José Parlá announced he was working on a mural titled Diary of Brooklyn, commissioned by Brooklyn’s newest arena-style concert venue and home to the Brooklyn Nets, The Barclay’s Center. This gigantic piece is the largest to date from break-out urban landscape artist José Parlá, measuring a whopping 10 x 70 feet. Streets: Phlegm (London)

It seems the Sheffiled-based Phlegm has headed south again to London for another mural. This newest piece is on the Village Underground wall on Holywell Lane and features some of the long legged creatures he has been painting as of late (see here), as well as one of his classic characters catching a ride. On January 25th, Dan Witz will be making his solo debut with Lazarides at their Rathbone gallery in London. The multi-talented painter and street artist will be sharing paintings from his Prisoner and Mosh Pit series as well as plans to paint one of his prisoner’s images onto London phone boxes.
