“Movers and Shakers” (previewed) opened on Valentine’s Day in Los Angeles’ Chinatown at POV Evolving Gallery and AM dropped by to check it out. Last night, we stopped by Munky King on Melrose to attend the release party for Yoskay Yamamoto’s (interviewed) Koibito figure. There were two colorways – gold and black (edition of 500) and a Munky King exclusive translucent-smoke colorway (edition of 150) – both seen below. There was also a raffle (one ticket per purchase) for an original painting and other prizes!Â Also for sale were various prints and custom koibitos… More after the jump.
Yoskay Yamamoto has been working closely with Munky King to produce the second colorway of his “Koibito” vinyl figure.
