It’s amazing how self-critical some artists can be when it comes to their own artwork. We have even heard of some burning work that doesn’t sell after a show. We suppose that is the price of perfection! Audrey Kawasaki (interviewed) recently posted up some unfinished paintings that just didn’t make the cut for some reason or another – like the one above which would have fit nicely with her upcoming series of shows in Australia next month.
Most of these paintings passed the test of her fans in informal surveys though, but you be the judge – more after the jump…
