Luke Chueh’s (interviewed) upcoming show at Corey Helford in February is shaping up to be an interesting affair. Not only will a large-scale Possessed sculpture hopefully be revealed, but he’ll be taking his work in a new direction for the solo, aptly named Contemptorary Art [sic]. The show is Luke’s unique take on contemporary art which we got a taste of this with the painting seen above, Label Series – Lowbrow (and Still the Loser), that we saw at Art Basel Week which is inspired of course by Barbara Kruger.
