the bittersweet letting-go-ness of things
The good shows keep on coming. Scheduled for April 6th, La Luz de Jesus in Los Angeles will be hosting When The Rain Comes, a new exhibition from the great Joe Sorren (featured). In his first solo since showing in Italy last September, the new body of work is to be a story about darkness and light. The Flagstaff-based artists says – “Sometimes, when things are darker in life, you can find yourself in front of doors you didn’t know where there before. This is a show about walking though those doorways and the light that can be found in the sincere letting-go-ness of things” Look for more here as the opening draws nearer.
