Currently showing at the Flat Gallery in Milan is a solo from Sweden-based artist Michael Johansson entitled Still Lifes. On view through February 24th, the exhibition features a continuation of the conceptual artist’s three-dimensional work that deals with ideas of space and form. The re-purposing of everyday objects into perfect cubes (among other sculptural installations) arranged by different hues strikes a visually intriguing balance throughout the showspace. Look for upcoming shows at the Konsthallen Trollhättan in Sweden and Vigeland-museet in Norway.
