Another event that caught our attention during Basel Week Miami was KITH Homage, a group exhibition curated by Joshua Liner Gallery. To celebrate each of Ronnie Fieg’s previously (and soon to be) released Gel-Lyte III designs with Asics, 14 artists were asked to reinterpreted the founder of Kith NYC’s inspirations to create a piece for each of his past designs and for one future model. Participants in the pop-up show included Wayne White, Josh Sperling, Alfred Steiner, Greg Lamarche, Michael Kagan, Erin M. Riley, Evan Hecox, Riusuke Fukahori, Paul Wackers, Jim Houser, Gregory Johnston, Sam Friedman, David Ellis, and Andrew Schoultz.
