David Stoupakis was asked recently to work on the limited editions of Joe Hill’s The Fireman book and boy did he deliver. Working in more color than he usually does, the New York-based painter used his artistic vision to beautifully bring to life scenes from the story about a worldwide pandemic of spontaneous combustion. The dust jacket, slipcase, and interior illustrations from Stoupakis are featured on the lettered tray case edition (run of 26 – sold out) and limited slipcased edition (run of 1000) copy of the book, which can be pre-ordered here now.
