On September 16th, Mark Dean Veca (interviewed) will be opening a two person show (along with Kiel Johnson) in Los Angeles at JAUS. Veca will be contributing some acrylic on canvas works that take his signature pop culture inspired imagery for a twirl. By twisting his subject matter, created with his signature patterns, into clusters of repeating motifs, he seems to bringing further abstraction to his aesthetic.
