Last week in Milan, the collaborative street muralists from Ukraine, Interesni Kazki, brought their special blend of imagery to AvantGarden. Combining their surreal visions with a sense of whimsy and wonder, the duo impressed the crowd with their plentiful paintings, which translated quite well into the gallery setting especially when executed in large-scale. Also, they gave their fans a taste of what they are famous for (see Russia, Ibiza, Portugal, and Slovakia) with several wall pieces inside and out including a playful “window” at the end of a ladder.
