Another participant (also see ROA) of the Wide Open Walls project in Gambia was muralist Know Hope. The Israel-based street poet is certainly a good choice to uplift the rural area, hopefully increasing tourism by transforming the area into a living art village. While there, he painted multiple walls including one that feature a thought bubble for “residents to use as a bulletin board for messages, notes, secrets and hopes.”
