It looks like Takashi Murakami has been by to check out the setup of Yoshitomo Nara’s new solo show at Blum & Poe, and so should you tomorrow night (March 1st) when it opens (6-8pm). This latest exhibition will be the seventh one with the Los Angeles showspace and will feature lush new paintings, large-scale bronze sculptures, and a survey of approximately two hundred drawings made over the last thirty years.
