AM got a chance to attend the opening of Art Machine at The Hole recently. The collaboration between the gallery and NY fashion collective ALIFE featured a special vending machine where artwork could be purchased and dispensed. “Art Machine” @ The Hole Gallery & ALIFE

This Thursday, The Hole Gallery will host a brand new type of exhibition. Collaborating with NY’s fashion collective ALIFE, they’ll be showcasing art & items from various artists in a unique manner. Through the use of vending Art Machines, attendees can purchase what they see via a credit card. Items will include mini paintings, sculptures, bearbricks, and G-Shock watches/apparel. For as little as $5 dollars for something cool, you should plan on getting there early as sales are first come first serve.

As we previously reported, Arkitip is putting out a special collaboration issue with Shepard Fairey andÂ the release is right around the corner. To celebrate theÂ launch of Issue 51 and all it’s Obey goodies, ALIFE is transforming their Hollywood retail location into a mini-gallery to host the release with Mr. Fairey.
