Starting early this year, Polo Jeans Co. Ralph Lauren began commissioning artists all over Europe to customize star shaped “canvases” made from denim. This list includes many artists that readers of AM will be familiar with including Matt Small (interviewed), Pam Glew, Pedro Matos, Herakut (interviewed), Delta, and Case. Openings: Dalek & Delta Exhibition @ Elms Lester

Last night, Elms Lester held a special private viewing as two top notch international artists visited the London gallery to show off their unique and contrasting geometric styles. The Dutch artist known as Delta (Boris Tellegen) showed off a diverse arsenal of new works (including sculptures, paintings and 3-D installation pieces) which depicted the complex layers and symmetry that we’ve come to expect from the graffiti artist.
