Previews: Eric Haze – “360°” @ 16 Shibuya

Later tonight in Tokyo, Eric Haze (featured) will be opening a show at 16 Shibuya entitled 360°. Put on with support from HUF, the exhibition from the New York-based artist will include 10 new paintings and a series of archival design works from current and past collaborations with the streetwear company. Still rocking his iconic stars and arrows, the renowned graffiti and designer will also be creating an installation for the event. Discuss Eric Haze here.

Upcoming: Coney Art Walls 2016

Following on last year’s inaugural event (covered), Coney Art Walls has returned with new artist for 2016. Previews: Eric Haze – “Reflex Memories” @ Galerie Wallworks

Tonight in Paris, graffiti legend Eric Haze (featured) will be opening his show to the public at Galerie Wallworks. Entitled Reflex Memories, the exhibition will be the first solo in France from the American artist who found his fame on the streets of New York in the early 70’s. The collection of works incorporate some of his iconic arrows and stars as well as highlights some of his letterforms which focus on different meaningful world cities and years in the past. Last week, Casio G-Shock hosted a retrospective for legendary New York graffiti artist Eric Haze (featured). To celebrate their 4th collaboration in 15 years, Casio took a different approach to this showing – they worked with Eric to curate an exhibition that showcases their commercial design work over the past 3 decades.
