If you remember, last year we brought you a look at some of the public works painted for the Galore Festival in Copenhagen. Times flies as the 2013 version is already upon us. First up is a collaborative effort from Nychos & DXTR where they melded their styles together for this mural. Despite the difficulties in painting over brick, Spanish street artist Aryz has finished a beautiful new mural in Copenhagen for the Galore Festival. As you can see from the photo above, this new piece is right next to the tower that ROA painted at last year’s event. Other artist’s scheduled to make an appearance include ABOVE, POSE, VIZIE, and more. For now, enjoy action and detailed shots of this new mural going up. Photo credit: Henrik Haven. A couple weeks ago, AM documented the mural process of Belgium-based street artist ROA as he painted a tower in Copenhagen for the Galore Festival. We can now bring you more photos of other artists who participated including French artist Dran and the entire Da Mental Vaporz crew (who painted a long wall together), and many others like RIPO, Drewk The Pirate, Grito, and Lints. After recent visits by Shepard Fairey (covered) and COPE2 (covered), another artist heads over to make his mark in Copenhagen – ROA. The Belgium-based artist was in town for the Galore Festival taking place in the the cultural zone of Toftegårds place in Valby. For his part, the prolific street artist decided to wrap what looks like a scaled serpent painted in his distinctive anatomic style around a tower.
