Continuing their series of curatorial group shows, Thinkspace will be bringing their roster of artists to Chicago on September 3rd at Vertical Gallery. Like previous iterations, the show is titled after the airports of Los Angeles, where the gallery is based and the location where they are visiting – LAX / ORD. The format will be again 12″ x 12″ with artists free to paint or create something of their preference. Last weekend in Los Angeles, alongside Robert Williams’ amazing new exhibition (covered), a group show celebrating 20 years of Juxtapoz also opened to the public. Last night, POW! WOW! Hawaii kicked things off with a group show curated by Thinkspace at the Honolulu Museum Of Art School (111 Victoria Street).
