Release: Crash, Bio & Nick Walker – “Sea Of Love” Print

Following The Collaborations show(covered), New York graffiti legends Crash (featured), Bio (Tats Cru) have teamed up with British Vandal Nick Walker (interviewed) for a new print release called Sea of Love to be released on November 14th on here for $400. The edition is sized at 21.5 x 21.5 inches and comes signed an numbered (70 + 15 AP’s + 1HC). Discuss Nick Walker here.

Release: Nick Walker – “Manhattan Bridge” Print

Nick Walker (interviewed) will have a new print entitled Manhattan Bridge on sale on Monday, 2nd October at 2.30pm GMT. The print features the artist’s gentleman vandal character walking across the streets of NY looking at the Manhattan Bridge. The 12 colour silk print is produced in an edition of 99 on Somerset Velvet 300 gsm paper and sized at 74 cm x 95 cm. It will be available for £450 online here at the appropriate time. AM recently had the pleasure of stopping by the studio of legendary graffiti writer & artist Crash (featured) at his Bronx work space. AM recently attended the opening of Nick Walker’s (interviewed) exhibition at the Quin Hotel in Midtown New York City. Marking the kick off of the first ever artist in residence for the hotel, the famed UK artist pulled out some great stencil compositions to deck out his paintings. We noticed a few NYC specific artworks and of course a few works featuring Walker’s iconic Vandal character. On January 21st (6-9pm), Nick Walker (interviewed) will be opening a solo show at the Quin Hotel in New York. As the hotel’s inaugural artist-in-residence, the British artist already has 15 original pieces for display in their permanent collection. Nick Walker (interviewed) will have a new print entitled The Last Ride on sale on Monday, the 12th October, at 3.30pm DST UK time. The print was inspired by a portrait by Butterfly featuring the UK artist in his signature vandal outfit riding a carousel horse next to the Eiffel Tower during a visit to the French capital. Last week, Nick Walker (interviewed) opened his new show at Above Second Gallery entitled Entropy. If in September, we brought you a look while the Bristol-based street artist was creating new body of work in his studio, so we come full circle now with a look at the artwork hanging in the Hong Kong showspace.
