One Grand Gallery in Portland is currently exhibiting Adam Friedman’s latest body of work Esoterica. The PDX-based artist has compiled a series of paintings and sculptural elements housed within the muraled space reflecting his recognisable yet inexplicable geological landscape based subject matter. Friedman’s contemporary take on landscape painting uses acrylic to present natural elements within isolated environments. His use of dimension and volume is dynamic.
