Robert Williams’ show, “Conceptual Realism in the Service of the Hypothetical”, recently traveled from NY to Southern California to the Cal State University Northridge Gallery (covered). For some lucky guests, Williams gave a lecture and personal tour of his new body of work. Saturday night was the opening of Robert Williams’ traveling solo show at the Cal State University Northridge Gallery. We originally covered the exhibition in New York, but the second time around was no less stunning. Bringing with him a massive body of work including paintings, sculptures, drawings, comic book covers, and and specially designed wallpaper, the “godfather” delighted his fans in the greater Los Angeles area with his conceptual genius and flawless execution.
