An exhibition of new work by Brooklyn-based artist Eddie Martinez recently opened at Chelsea’s ZieherSmith Gallery. From small works on paper to large mixed media canvases, Martinez paints with a expressive and energetic style, creating chaotic compositions often featuring cartoonish characters.
