With stunning views of the Hong Kong harbor and skyline in the background, the third installment of the Asia Top Gallery Hotel Art Fair (a rather cumbersome name that surprisingly isn’t an acronym) opened last weekend at the Grand Hyatt. After successful exhibitions at the New Otani Hotel, Tokyo (2008), and the Grand Hyatt, Seoul (2009), the organizers naturally moved on to another major metropolitan – Hong Kong.
